Good morning guys!
I hope you are all well and have had a lovely summer break! Very soon it will be September and I have decided to set a Self Care September Challenge!
I have had some fabulous family and friends time and enjoyed the sun over the last six weeks, now it is time to get back to reality. School starts soon and we will back to the daily grind before we know it! So because of this I have created a challenge this month to enable us to look after ourselves and take a moment each day to concentrate on our own self care.
I have decided to make a wellness and self care bingo board, there are 20 different types of self care on this grid and hopefully you will be able to complete them all by the end of September. If you do any of your own self care practices that are not on this grid I would love to hear about them in the comments!
I have chosen a number of practices that I myself have been trying to add into my own routine. So hopefully this will encourage me to do them more often and just ensure there is a little bit of self care in every one of my days!
